Years ago you might have found yourself waiting in a long line to be told to come back. For me a lot has changed. Lines are very short (during the morning) and usually in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you have all the correct documentation you'll be good to go.
pooor custumer service,,,office close at 4.30 im at the line waiting at 4.10,for 15mins and employee comes and grabs my hand tells me we are closed,,,,,, whaaaat,....if you are Damn close lock your door outside so nobody goes in,not after 15mins of me waiting on the line,,,,very RUDE EMPLOYEES,NOT SMILE NOT ANYTHING,,HORRIBLE
Just don't go on Mondays and Fridays. staff was courteous and fast.
