Compared to Bank of America...website is horrible. Transactions from Thursday didn't show up until Monday or Tuesday? Readlly?
I go to TBT because they make me feel like I am a human, not just a number. Anytime I call, they go out of their way to be professional and get me answers. When I walk into the lobby, they treat you like they want your banking business. In the last 10 years, I have not had one bad experience nor have I heard of anyone making a complaint!
Piece of garbage place that has terrible customer service
Changed variable interest rate from 5 to 4 percent. Was supposed to be guaranteed until mid-July.
I've banked with TBT for years and love the personalized service and that you actually know your bankers and they know you. I also love that TBT is a local Texas bank with excellent customer service!
