I just wanted to say thank you for giving me one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I am disabled and use a manual wheelchair to get around inside my apartment. This morning when I woke up, the right rear tire was totally flat. Bike Mart is the only shop around that is willing to come out and do the necessary repair. Skip was quick, kind and very professional, while he fixed my wheelchair. Waking up with a flat tire was a really lousy way to begin my day. My experience with Skip and the staff at Bike Mart improved my day immensely. Thanks for the wonderful service.
Fantastic store with friendly and enthusiastic staff. I was helped by Geoff and it was one of the best customer services that I've seen.
Most recently I took my bike in for a tune-up and was mistaken about the store hours. They had just changed to Fall Hours that day and I arrived right as they were closing. The employee that was letting the last customer out told me they were closed and i was ready to pack up and come back the next day. But he said, "What can we do for you?" and let me in to drop off my bike.
This place is big! It has plenty to select from, and plenty of employees to help out all their customers. I got the pleasure of speaking with David, he helped me get fitted into a bike (Trek Marlin 7) that was sized perfect for me. They had plenty of bike size choices, and they even let you take them for a spin to truly test the feel of the bike. I'll be bringing my wife back to this store to get her fitted soon.

I was told that they were pretty backed up at the moment and they did not expect to complete maintenance on my bike until two days later, but they called the next day and said it was done.
Just moved to Frisco and have been in RBM a dozen times already. Every visit is positive. Service and sales have friendly staff willing to help. I am very happy with my new bike store.
