Even though I Reserved a car a week in advance, They made me wait 2 hours before they had one available. When they finally had one available they offered me a choice between 2 cars, but after choosing the one I wanted they said I couldn't have it and I was forced to take the other one. Extremely busy each of the 3 times I visited, it took them 15-30 min to attend to me.
AMAZING! Absolutely amazing. The gentleman that assisted my boyfriend and I get into a rental car was AWESOME! Great personality and excellent customer service! Forget 5 stars, I give this place 10 stars! GREAT PLACE TO GO! (Plano location is a no go)
Do not buy a vehicle from these crooks. And if you do READ the fine print on all your paperwork even if it's a book's worth. Be very careful doing business here!
The employees were cordial and professional but this was not mirrored in the process of the rental and left me very dissatisfied.
I wish I could give no stars. This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, dilapidated, joke of a business, that I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. The cars have a good price, but ALL info I received was at best incorrect and sometimes a blatant lie. Most of the time their cars are parked so all the entrances are blocked, so you have to park next door and walk over. The inside smells of mold, is as trashed as a teenage boys room and they have Radio static playing loudly. If you NEED to deal with I Hertz, I suggest one of the other locations.
Clustered but alot of vehicles and quick people.
Stay away for rentals.
