Very bad experience with their reps, especially Sandy. There was an item on hold for a customer that we wanted to buy, but Sandy told us, "I want to be fair and will give you second dibs" since it was already on hold till 1PM. If the first buyer would not show up, then we had time till 3PM to purchase it. We agreed and left our phone # with her, and went home which is a bit aways. Well, the first buyer didn't show up so Sandy called us around 1:30 informing us that it is ours if we want to buy. I told her, Yeah, I will leave in around 15 minutes but I will be there before 3PM. She said sounds good. I get a call around 1:55PM from Sandy, and she tells me, I can't wait that long. There is someone interested in buying the item right now. I said, we agreed to have time till 3PM and if you are ready to sell someone right now, why didn't you sell it to us when we were there at the store? What happened to your concept of fairness? She just hung up.
Very bad experience, and especially the "fairness" policy is whatever they want to do.
I called her back and she gave me something about "you can talk to my manager. she will call you ". And of course, the manager didn't call back.
This is a great store to find treasures. They have beautiful things and unusual snacks and foods. They carry many gluten free items and health foods.
They have a lot of nice things
I love the selection of home decor and furniture. Always something new to find here. I could spend hours searching through all the aisles of items.
I love this store and make it a point to stop by 3 or 4 times a month. I've learned my lesson, if I want something I buy it immediately then return it later. I love the location too, very convenient for me. It's a little messy at times but that's to be expect from a off-price store. I love the brands, prices and quirky items you can find. Great place to get a unique gift.
Some funny things too. Markdowns don't happen often. If you love it, buy it because they might never have it again.
The dishes are beautiful. There is a large dog section. There are linens, but not many towels and bathroom rugs.
