I went in to sell my perfectly working 2013 laptop. After being shuffled around through 4 different people I left my laptop with the appraisal guy. I walked around the store for all of three minutes before the 3rd guy I talked to comes up to me and tells me the battery is locked into place. I go up to the window to see that they had broken off the slider piece that releases the battery. I told them that this piece was not broken when I came in and they argued with me saying it was and said that since they can't get the battery out that they could only offer me $20 in parts for my laptop (which is worth $200). I told them to fix my laptop since they are the ones that broke it they all began talking in their language and flat out ignoring me. Then they said they would charge me $75 to fix my laptop that THEY broke in the first place. I grabbed my laptop and the charger and asked for the case to my laptop back to which I was met with confusion and took him another 5 minutes to "remember" what he did with it. (It was under his work area blocked from my sight but in plain view of his) I will never return to this place again and I STRONGLY suggest nobody else does either unless you want them to break your stuff and then blame you.
The BEST PLACE TO SELL YOUR USED ELECTRONICS!!. I got $90.00 cash for my old Laptop. They repaired my iphone in good price. I highly recommend this place.

Place is bs.. if you're trying to sell anything make sure it's new,they don't take anything old. and don't let them "appraise" anything in the back either
False advertising. They aren't in the business to buy any of your items as advertised. So don't waste your time regardless of what they say over the phone. They will play stupid and act as if they've never talked to YOU. The help (white guy) says they'll tell you anything but it isn't him...tell you anything just to get you to visit location. Once there it's just an in door flea market with a lot of out of date merchandise that was once popular. Looking for answering machines, fax equipment or telephone type stuff that is now uncommonly used this is your place. Any modern technology they are going to try to get you to donate them instead of selling items like website. Just one big ole waste of time. Guy gives attitude because you're asking questions and or confronting about advertising.
