Glad I can feel safe and be able to look to an officer when I am in need of help. The person who hits someone else's car can no way be in need of help, too right? Their duty is to respond to calls for help. That's only for people they want to acknowledge, right? I am in no way trying to play victim or bash on the Richardson Police. I am only conveying my experience with a few officers. However, one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

Please, let's make use of these exceptional leaders to build the best of a community that we can. God bless America and our men and women in uniform, who work tirelessly to keep us Safe. I love you all.

I guess I owe Lt Frey a apology for the above write up as I guess he really did not have any thing better to do. As I found out late Sunday night 29 Oct 2017 that the police record that was filed Tuesday 24 Oct 2017 was never completed. I guess 3 kidnapped kids are no big thing to police. The officer called and said he was just to busy. But he would get on it, kind of late now that they are out of state.

I just got in a car wreck today. I rear ended another vehicle because I did not react quickly enough to her brake lights. The moment the brake lights came on, her car stopped. I couldn't ease into stopping. I am no way trying to play victim. This situation was my fault.

I met Richardson finest for the first time yesterday. Something I will remember for the rest of my short life. I was walking to my truck in the Kroger packing lot off Centennial when "two" Richardson units stopped me . And started asking kind of gang buster questions about decals on my truck. You would have thought I robbed the Kroger. And one was a 2LT (gold bar) which I though you had to be smart for (wrong). I am sure he will watch for me on the road now and find a great reason to arrest me for something. Very badge heavy, more when his patrol man was around. This man needed to stay behind a desk pushing paper.

This is hypocritical of me to say, since the Richardson Police APPEARED to be there to help out all its citizens, not to only help victims. Sometimes they need to realize the people in the wrong are human, too. Did I purposely try to hit her car? No. Then, I don't understand why I got excluded and set aside like I had committed a crime. I do not blame the entire police department. I just think the officers they accept into the field should actually be passionate about protecting their citizens and not only the ones they WANT to care for. But that's just the perspective from a dumb teenager who is devoted to nursing and caring for people for the rest of her life who's probably just throwing a tantrum over whatever, right? It's not like we're the future of this country, anyways. How could any teenager have any credibility, right?

Fellow Americans, the lesson I have learned today is this; no matter how terrible your experience might be [or might have been] with any of our officers out there in their line of duty, instead of disrespecting the officer(s) by claiming your rights over a misunderstanding, just take a deep breath, respect the officer'(s) requests (orders), and then call the city's department. There are always leaders in the likes of SGT. Swiere, who are willing to listen to your concerns, get your proposals in helping to make our communities the best for all of us.

When the police and ambulance showed up, the paramedics asked if my friend and I were okay. The only time an officer approached me was to ask for my paperwork. Keep in mind, I'm a minor at seventeen year old and they left my friend and I by ourselves and did not ask us anything. They surrounded the other girl and asked for only her side of the story. Keep in mind, this is all from my perspective. There are more sides to this story, but this is mine. No one really acknowledged us. I always had such high respect for officers because I naively believed that they were here to care for ALL citizens.

I had three foster kids kidnapped from a Richardson ISD bus stop on 24 Oct 1917 and you think he was looking them, good luck with that. By the way he said I did not do anything wrong but he needed two units for that. And as former law enforce it reminds me of all the things police get away with today. He did ask to search the truck which I let me otherwise he would have to call a third unit with a warrant. Just tore it apart and acted like going to jail anyway so no problem. Now the patrolman was okay but the officer was what we call "badge heavy". Ranks should have been switched. Good luck to the people of Richardson, hope your kids are not kidnapped because any assistance you want from them will not be fore-coming.

My father asked if the girl was Vietnamese in hopes of getting her side of the story and she told the many officers around her that "He just asked if I knew Vietnamese. I don't know what he's trying to do." My friend and I vaguely heard something about her not wanting to speak to my father because of his appearance and one of the cops agreed with her. He then told my father, "Speak to your daughter. Do not speak to her." I was still sitting there, feeling like a bystander to an incident I was apart of. I do not know the legal matters to this, but I think it's ridiculous that they conformed to all her demands and couldn't even approach my friend and I. This experience has tarnished my idealistic view of what the uniforms mean.

On this rainy night, because of a misunderstanding I had on the road, my anger was beyond the level I could control, so I decided to call the Richardson Police Department for a complaint. My information was given to SGT. Swiere who gave me a call to get details of what I was fuming about. After a conversation with SGT. Swiere, I was so pleased with my decision to call the Richardson Police Department. He is a Leader, a People's person, and a father who listens, gets your inputs and will not rest until you feel comfortable. He is a true hero who is very committed to making our community a better place for all of us. Thank you sir.

I have much respect for our hard working policemen out there. This guy name Harris just one of those unfortunate cops that think he is better than you. He sits right by the off-ramp of I-75 service road heading towards Campbell. He sits literally 250ft right by the off ramp. Before you can decelerate to 45mph which he aims the radar 50-100 feet. Giving you only 100 ft to slow down to speed. It's in a industry place for Christ sake. He comes back with a ticket touching my car TWICE. I'm not worried about the ticket, i'm genuinely mad about this punk touching my collectors car which only 750 was made. Touching my car as he admires it going back and forth. This guy makes other policemen look bad. KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF. I pay Richardson taxes but I definitely won't be in that area due cops having nothing better to do. I have people flying 45mph through my neighborhood but no help from our police department after neighbors have complained throughout the years.

This clown who calls himself a police officer (blonde-curly hair, young looking) accused me of "public intoxication" when I was AT THE PARKING LOT OF THE CLUB, IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE, WALKING BACK IN. I wasn't even showing any signs of being drunk or obnoxious in any way. Sure, I was intoxicated, but not to a point in which I was starting to be a threat to others, or having the intention to drive. As I was heading back in, this cop blocked my way, breath analyzed me, and took me to jail for being intoxicated in "public". Excuse me, since when do police do that?? I simply couldn't believe what he was doing to me.. the next day, when my cousin came to get me, this fat, Mexican lady cop started talking down on me as if she though she was better than me in every way.. seriously? After I waste my cousin's time and money to come get me during a holiday, you still want to mock me like that?? Well, it's alright, there's always a good spot for karma for those who abuse their power, I know not everyone is like that, but a couple of spoiled apples ruins the rest.. I hope I never encounter these clowns ever again in my life.

Use to be a big supporter of police but it only take one cop to change that.

For those who defend them: I want you to say the same when they arrest you simply when you're trying to distract yourselves from life, with a completely legal substance.

My experience with SGT. Swiere, ID number 1226 is worth mentioning to the general public.

So we called the FBI, I guess they heard it all before. They suggest we use the media to vent. I am sure Lt. Frey will use any excuse to make problems for us. Sure he will find a way to get even.

I'm putting the word out for everyone, don't go to Richardson if you want a casual hangout to the clubs! I Honestly don't like giving negative reviews to anyone, but to be sincere, this is the most corrupt police I've ever known; they'll do whatever it takes (even play unfair) to arrest you just so they can reach into your wallet.
