These people have no good work ethic. I recommend shipping with FedEx, UPS, or anything else!
That was a lie! I got there and rang the bell for 10 minutes. I could hear the employees say, "someone thinks we are coming." Then they laughed.
Several people here seeking service and they have just one person working the counter. The parcel pickup is abandoned. We've rung the bell for service every 5-8 minutes for the past 30 and we haven't even gotten so much as a damned whisper. We're here during normal business hours and this is just pathetic.
I missed my package delivery and called the number on the back of the card. They told me pick up could be done between 7am and 6:30pm, regardless of what it said on the card (which said 8:30am to 5:30pm).
I liked this office. Friendly n courteous staff. I just wish they have more employees to help speed up the process of waiting in line. There was only one old man and he was trying his best to help customers.
As an added bonus, the doors leading to/from the full service area just confuse people. The time we've been waiting, we've watched 15+ people fail to enter and/or exit.
Fastest post office experience I've ever had even though there was a long line & only 2 employees. Also the employees were polite!
