I love everyone here! They are always so kind to our pets. They have been very sympathetic during difficult pet situations.
They have always taken excellent care of our dog both on visits and when we have boarded her. They also aren't in a hurry to push procedures when simple lifestyle changes can fix issues.
Disorganized. I like my cat's Dr., but not the one that saw my dog. Use this as a backup location. Wanted to switch over to them as my primary, but they are always disorganized when I've gone in there.

Dr Ann Heymann is a very kind loving Vet. My dog Leo started going there near the end as we moved north to Richardson. I only wish I had found them sooner. Leo passed away recently and Dr. Heymann gave a donation in his name to the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M. We didn't go there long but never had to wait when we did and Leo was comfortable and I felt confident they were giving him the care he needed witout going overboard and suggesting procedures/medicine that wouldn't be necessary for a dog his age. I'm glad we found Richardson Veterinary Clinic and I will be returning when we get another dog in the future.
