Terrible. Jeremy is rude. Haven't seen the other guy in a hour. That's the only people they have working for the rental service. The cars sales men just shake there head and say it's not there problem. They had 6 different people in line. Waited and hour to get a receipt printed. Stupid. Do not come here.
The manager (jeremy) was very unprofessional,unethical, rude, arrogant. It was the most worst customer service i have experienced in my whole life. I don't recommend any people to this location.
Everyone here is so amazing. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating!
The lady at the desk is nice,but the company is horrible and their policies are crap! They over book 20+ bookings even tho they have no cars and when you show up to pick up your rental they have nothing! Then they find a car but they cant go get it because its at another location and the poor lady is working alone with zero help!!! Then while i am waiting a return comes in but it is a higher return then what i booked and instead of giving me the free upgrade so i can get on my way i have to continue to wait for another employee to show up for work, and its a holiday weekend! And they make this real nice woman work all alone and deal with this crap! So she gets tired of waiting for a employee to come in and decides to take another vehicle to the other location were my car is at,leave the car there and drive back my car so i can leave! This woman went above and beyond her job to make my reservation work.So as i sit here in this store all alone no other emoloyees waiting for my vehicle i warn you all now....STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.IT IS MANAGED HORIBBLY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT IN MIND AT ALL.The only positive review i have is for the lady at the front desk,she is a hard worker and i can see how stressed she is about all the crap she has to put up with working here.SHE NEEDS A RAISE!
