I cannot say enough great things about Dr. McDougal and Dr. Richards. Undoubtedly THE BEST in the DFW area (the state to be honest). They are so professional and careing, they won't hurt you either :). I am moving to Greenville soon but will happily make the drive to see this wonderful group. The staff cannot be beat.
Best office I have ever been too! Dr. McDougal and Dr. Richards are top in their field and give us the best treatment that can be offered. Since coming to this practice and hearing about the doctors, hygienist and assistants my daughter and her family have joined the practice as well. That's three generations of happy, healthy patients!
Best dental office I have ever been to!! The staff is superior and always amazing! I have a fantastic experience every time I go to this dental office! Right when you get inside you are kindly welcomed by the very kind front desk ladies who are always so attentive and always have a smile on their faces! The hygienists are so amazing and do such great work!! The doctors are amazing as well and are so caring and get the job done right the first time!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dental office!!!!

Amazing dentist! If you are like me, going to the dentist isn't one of favorite things to do, and I used to dread it actually. Not the case anymore!
The office staff is friendly & warm, & my hygienist is so complimentary of my home care & makes my cleanings a breeze.
They do not facilitate insurance, but will fill out the insurance claim form for reimbursement to assist. I'd rather put on a credit card & wait the 2 weeks for reimbursement and have the peace of mind to know my dentist is at the top of the dental field & will never try to screw me over w procedures I don't need.
I've had a filling or two a few years ago & they really do everything so much better than other dentist offices. It is the worst to have dental work, but if it has to be done, I want someone I can trust to do it right. I don't want to have to come back in a few years bc someone not as meticulous about their practice rushed through.
